Initial assessment

The first step in our partnership is to accurately assess the need and establish the exact services required to address the gaps. This will consist of interviews with all functional leads, evaluating current hospital access, contract status of key accounts and effectiveness of established contracting process.

Align on value driven activity

Once it is determined what is needed to remove the obstacles needed to exceed growth targets, we will agree on the activity required. This can include but not limited to the following: securing hospital access by leveraging physician support and relationships, finalizing long term contractual partnerships with IDN’s, ASC’s, and GPO’s, creating effective internal pricing and contracting processes, collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Finance and Senior leadership to provide guidance on product launches.

consistent communication

Understanding the current status of contact negotiations, hospital access of key accounts and current market trends are key elements in fostering a productive partnership. We will establish a consistent cadence of communication with all stakeholders. This will include weekly updates, support with presenting to the Board of Directors and impromptu discussion as needed.
